We personally think we’ve saved the best for last. Here at Spark Sites we use Basecamp and our team can attest to how this tool has made our project managing much less of a burden. Basecamp does so much of what Evernote can do, but much more. Each client has its own “camp” and within the camp you can chat with all users present in the Campfire feature. If you don’t want everyone in the camp to see your conversation, you can send messages to users individually by using Pings. Along with the chat features you can sync your calendar, link important docs and files and create to-do lists. The to-do lists feature allows you to create tasks and assign them to your employees with a due date. When someone has completed a task, it’s as simple as checking it off the list. Basecamp is incredibly easy to use and a great way to keep everyone in-the-know, even your client if you choose! Pitch your tent with Basecamp and we promise project managing will never be the same again.
No longer do you need to bang your head against the wall about how to manage your projects. Any of these 4 useful project management tools will help keep your team on track, in communication and keep the revenue flowing.
