Production Director & Lead Designer
Amber is the Lead Designer and Production Director at Spark Sites. She taught herself to code in 2020 and has been working for Spark Sites ever since, combining creativity and strategy to build thoughtful, effective websites.
With over 15 years of experience supporting small businesses, Amber loves helping clients bring their ideas to life. Outside of work, she’s a wife and mom who enjoys spending time with her family, especially in the garden. Her favorite part of Spark Sites is the people – both the clients and the team she gets to work with every day.
Nicole Rhea
Influencer & Social Media Director
Nicole joined our team in 2025, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in marketing, social media, and influencer activations. Having owned and managed multiple agencies, she combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for helping businesses grow.
Her leadership supports our mission to deliver growth-driven services—like social media management, influencer strategy, and campaign activations—designed to strengthen our community, expand our clients’ reach, and build a thriving local economy where everyone succeeds.
