You are about to be a licensed manufactured-home broker on leased land in Cypress Lakes. Your website should make buyers, sellers, and referral partners take you seriously from day one.

This package builds the whole first impression at once. A real starter website on your own domain, a Google Business Profile so you show up when people search, and a Facebook page so referrals and neighbors can share you. We also migrate you off the GoDaddy temporary page you have now, and proactively cancel the GoDaddy upgrade so you are not paying twice.

What is included

• Starter website (1 to 3 pages) on your own domain, mobile-first, designed around your positioning as a broker (modeled on the tone of Pelican's Nest)
• Google Business Profile fully set up, verified, and optimized so you appear in local searches and on Google Maps
• Facebook page created and configured so referral traffic has a real place to land and share
• Complimentary Coming Soon bridge page that goes live immediately, so you are never dark while the main site is being built
• GoDaddy migration handled for you (domain, DNS, and any existing content that needs to move)
• We contact GoDaddy on your behalf and cancel the upgrade so it does not auto-renew
• Short recorded interview (about 20 minutes) to capture your bio, credibility, and voice, so the site sounds like you and not like a template

Timeline

About 2 to 3 weeks from the interview to launch, depending on how fast we get your logo, business card, and Facebook access.

Ongoing support

After launch, hosting is $34 per month and covers hosting, security, backups, and small edit requests. Your first 3 months are on the house. First recurring charge is month 4.

When you are licensed and ready to grow

Optional next step is our marketing partner tier ($1,500 per month) that layers on Google Ads and SEO to actually put you in front of buyers and sellers. We can turn that on whenever you say the word.
